In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Unless the context otherwise requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the pak07 Platform at pak07.org, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through pak07 services, you conclusively confirm that you have read, fully understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the pak07 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak07. If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you must immediately cease use of the Platform, close your Account if one has been created, and refrain from accessing any pak07 service.

Access to and use of pak07 is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of pak07. This age restriction is strictly enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification. No exceptions shall be made under any circumstances. pak07 takes its obligations with respect to the protection of minors extremely seriously.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that would prevent or restrict your ability to enter into this Agreement.
3. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with pak07. The registration or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Own Account: You must register and use pak07 exclusively on your own behalf. You are not permitted to act as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party in connection with any pak07 Account.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed through pak07's own responsible gaming mechanisms or through any third-party self-exclusion scheme of which pak07 has been notified.
6. Funds Legitimacy: All funds deposited into your pak07 Account must be sourced legitimately from funds owned by you. You represent and warrant that your deposits do not constitute the proceeds of crime, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

To access real-money gaming and sports betting services on pak07, you must complete the Account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any material respect.

The following information is required at the point of registration:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid Pakistani mobile telephone number (in international format +92XXXXXXXXXX)
• Valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• A secure password meeting pak07's minimum complexity requirements

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. pak07 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree to notify pak07 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

pak07 is obligated under its international gaming licence to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures for all Members prior to authorising withdrawal transactions and in certain other circumstances as determined by pak07's compliance obligations.

KYC verification at pak07 requires you to provide the following documents in clear, legible, and unaltered digital form:

• A clear photograph of the front and reverse sides of your valid CNIC
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your CNIC, showing both your face and the CNIC clearly
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent) dated within 90 days
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered account matching your registered mobile number)

pak07 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as may be required to satisfy our compliance obligations. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete and approved. pak07 may, in its absolute discretion, decline to approve a KYC application and may close the associated Account where documents cannot be verified or where verification reveals ineligibility under these Terms.

pak07 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods as may be available from time to time: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. The specific payment methods available to you may vary based on your location, account verification status, and other factors.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your pak07 Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer methods, unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the name on your pak07 Account and KYC documents
• pak07 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard payment methods; however, your payment service provider may impose their own charges
• Deposit limits may be imposed by pak07 at its discretion for AML compliance or responsible gaming purposes
• pak07 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
• All deposits are processed in good faith; pak07 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and your completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is approved.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your pak07 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 unless otherwise specified
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash / EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; Bank transfer — up to one (1) business day; Cryptocurrency — within one (1) hour of blockchain confirmation
• pak07 Black Diamond VIP tier members receive prioritised withdrawal processing with an expected timeframe of under 10 minutes via JazzCash or EasyPaisa
• pak07 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. pak07 will communicate the reason for any delay within a reasonable timeframe
• Withdrawals from Bonus Balance are not permitted. Only winnings derived from Real Money Balance, and any Bonus Balance that has completed the applicable Wagering Requirement conversion, are eligible for withdrawal
• pak07 may impose withdrawal limits, which will be communicated via the Account settings. These limits may be higher for higher VIP tier members

pak07 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

The following general conditions apply to all pak07 promotional bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard Wagering Requirement for pak07 deposit bonuses is 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Members with verified Accounts. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between Accounts
• Time Limits: All pak07 bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the applicable period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Specific game contribution rates are published in the applicable promotional terms
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or obtain bonuses through fraudulent means — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, the use of automated software, or collusion — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the Account
• Cashback Terms: Weekly cashback credits under the pak07 VIP programme are based on net losses during the applicable week and are credited with no Wagering Requirement, subject to the applicable VIP tier rate

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through pak07:

• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on pak07 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently verified by third-party testing laboratories. pak07 makes no representation that any player can develop a strategy to guarantee or improve the statistical outcome of certified RNG games
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with pak07's published sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market. In the event of any ambiguity, pak07's reasonable interpretation of the applicable rules shall prevail
• Cancellation of Bets: pak07 reserves the right to cancel, void, or settle bets at the odds applicable at the time of placing the bet if an error in odds, a technical malfunction, or an event of force majeure affects the relevant market
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum withdrawal amounts per day, week, and month may apply and will be communicated in the Account settings or applicable game/sport rules
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, pak07 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. pak07 will not be liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction where the affected session cannot be accurately recreated from server logs
• Disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino session or in-play betting event, pak07 is not responsible for any resultant loss. The session will continue according to its programmed parameters. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection at all times when using pak07

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak07 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension and likely permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of all funds therein pending investigation, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) Account with pak07, whether in your own name or in any other name
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or Account management process
• Using the Platform on behalf of any third party, acting as an agent or proxy in any capacity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the pak07 Platform
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, betting market, bonus mechanism, or security system on pak07
• Colluding with other players, dealers, staff members, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise dispute a legitimate transaction made through your pak07 Account
• Reproducing, copying, scraping, or commercially exploiting any content, software, data, or intellectual property of pak07 without prior written authorisation
• Accessing or attempting to access any pak07 system, account, or data that you are not authorised to access

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, game content, graphics, text, images, audio, and other materials available on or through the pak07 Platform (collectively, "pak07 Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of pak07 or of third-party licensors who have granted pak07 the right to use such content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pak07 Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or commercial use of pak07 Content without express prior written consent.

Game content available on pak07, including slot titles, live dealer software, and sportsbook technology, is provided under licence from the respective third-party game studios and technology providers. All rights in such content are reserved by the applicable licensor.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak07 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pak07 Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service, whether caused by technical malfunction, maintenance, force majeure, or any other cause
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any delay in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that may contain errors or inaccuracies

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak07's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. pak07's aggregate liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the net real money balance held in your pak07 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

pak07 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all of its Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pak07 Members at no charge, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable reminders at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals displaying total session duration, net winnings or losses, and an option to end the session immediately
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Once confirmed, cooling-off periods cannot be shortened or cancelled
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion is available immediately via Account settings or upon contacting pak07 support. Self-excluded Members will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications at configurable intervals showing current session performance

pak07 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where our monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour that suggest potential problem gambling, even without a formal request from the Member.

Members seeking external support in relation to problem gambling are encouraged to contact relevant local and international gambling support services. pak07's support team is available 24/7 and can provide referral information appropriate to Pakistani members.

pak07 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
• Use of the Account by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Risk management decisions made at pak07's sole discretion

You may close your pak07 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending verification or compliance reviews. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of pak07, your Account, any game outcome, or any transaction, you should in the first instance raise the matter with pak07's customer support team via the in-platform live chat facility or by email to the address set out in Section 18. pak07 aims to resolve all Member complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pak07's internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under pak07's international gaming licence in accordance with the applicable licensing terms. The decision of the licensing body's dispute resolution process shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

pak07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pak07 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pak07 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak07 holds its international gaming licence. The licensing jurisdiction's courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pak07's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction, nor shall it limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
